Alec Baldwin’s fatal shooting: these shocking images shot after the accident and revealed by the police

New images of the American actor have been released by the police. A video shows an upset Alec Baldwin answering the first questions from investigators on site.

In October 2021, Alec Baldwin was rehearsing a scene on the set of the movie “Rust.” It was then that he accidentally shot, according to the latest information, on a filmmaker present on the scene, Halyna Hutchins. The latter held the position of director of photography on the set.

The decrepit face

In the United States the police have just released news of the actor after the accident. A video taken on all the media, for a few hours. We can see Alec Baldwin answering questions from investigators a few hours after the tragedy.

In the opening seconds of the video, Baldwin asks the officers if he is charged with anything. The assistant replies “no”. The actor then explains the classic security measures on the sets and how the weapons are handled in normal times. “Do you think anyone would do that on purpose?” asks an official. “I can’t imagine who would,” Baldwin responds briefly then.

“Bang! The shot is gone”

This video is published by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, along with several other documents, detail our colleagues from CNN. “Several elements of the investigation remain outstanding, including FBI firearms and ballistics analysis, as well as DNA and latent fingerprint analysis, the New Mexico Medical Examiner’s Office report and the analysis of the telephone data of Mr. Alec Baldwin extracted by the investigators of the sheriff of the county of Suffolk (New York)”, explains the sheriff of the county of Santa Fe, in a press release quoted by our colleagues.

It was the first time we shot this shot

In this interview with the investigators, Baldwin details the whole scene: “Bang! The shot went off – the first time (…) “It was the first time we were shooting this shot, we were rehearsing for this plan”, he explained. The actor’s lawyer was delighted with the publication of the documents which demonstrate according to the veracity of his remarks. “The information which has been revealed by the authorities demonstrates, once again further, that Mr. Baldwin acted responsibly and had no control over the production issues identified in the report.”

After the publication of the evidence and the interrogation, the investigation continues its course. In the meantime, Rust Movie Productions was fined nearly $137,000 last week for “blatant disregard for employee safety” and will be subpoenaed.
