Apple Card promo offers $75 sign-up bonus for new referrals – Reuters

Apple has returned its Apple Card referral promotion which unilaterally rewards new Apple Card users with $75 as a sign-up bonus when referred by an existing user – although the referrer/person making the referral receives no bonus for making the referral.

Apple has started sending out emails to Apple Card holders inviting them to welcome new users to apply for an Apple Card. New users who are approved for an Apple Card and make their first purchase within 30 days of signing up will receive $75 in daily cash from Apple.

Even though the program relies on existing users to do the referral, in particular, Apple does not offer any rewards to the person who makes the referral.

“It looks like you received an exclusive Apple Card invitation from a friend. Congratulations,” Apple says when a user is referred to apply for an Apple Card. For a very limited time, when you apply using the link below and open a new Apple Card before May 10, we’ll give you $75 in Daily Cash when you make your first purchase within 30 days.

Apple notes that new users must create an account by May 10 to qualify for the promotion, and that the promotion only applies to new Apple Card applicants and not new Apple Card Family plan participants.

Apple Card is only available in the United States. Users can make purchases with their Apple Card with Apple Pay on their iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, or with the optional titanium Apple Card credit card, which has no printed card number or security code, making it the most secure credit card in the world.
