Apple offers a documentary on the life of Michael J. Fox (with a DeLorean?)

In future content, Apple has just acquired the rights to a feature film on the life of actor Michael J. Fox! The documentary will focus not only on the career of the man who – notably – embodied Marty McFlybut also the disease of Parkinson’s (diagnosed at the age of 29) as well as medical research on this pathology.

The film is currently in production in New York, Los Angeles and Vancouver, under the direction of Davis Guggenheim. In a press release, Cupertino wants to be teaser and specifies that the film will include documentary elements, extracts from the archives and interviews. It will tell the extraordinary story of Michael J. Fox in his own words – the unlikely story of a child living on a Canadian Army base who rose to the heights of stardom in 1980s Hollywood..

It should be noted that many personalities worked on this film, in particular Lauren Powell Jobs, the widow of Steve Jobs. The latter will act as executive producer of the project alongside Nelle Fortenberry.
