Are you hesitating between a pizza and a raclette? No need to choose with this combo dish: raclette pizza! We melt with pleasure for this so cheesy recipe…
After a raclette evening, it is not uncommon to have leftovers. Too many potatoes, too many charcuterie, too much cheese… If you can have another raclette evening the next day, you can also find other gourmet recipes to use up all those leftovers! The simplest and closest to the traditional raclette? The raclette bowl, a food trend you won’t resist. We also present to you the croque-madame raclette, very gourmet… But today we are enjoying a nice slice of very very gourmet raclette pizza! And because we love cheese but want to be (a little) careful with our figure, we love the leek gratin with raclette and raw ham.
