Le 38 pizza announces the opening of its summer terrace.
For sunny days, this neighborhood trattoria in the 16th arrondissement located at 38 rue du Docteur Blanche offers delicious pizzas in a green and sunny space. With more than 30 outdoor seats in the heart of the Jasmin-Auteuil district, the 38 offers artisanal Roman pizzas (thin and crispy dough). The homemade is in the spotlight both for the pizza dough worked by hand and for the toppings based on fresh and quality products.
During the summer season, the restaurant expands its menu. From April to October, summer dishes such as beef carpaccio, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, Italian antipasti salads appear alongside pizzas. A good way to enjoy an outdoor break in this popular district of the capital.
Thierry Castex took over LE 38 PIZZA at the beginning of 2018. He shapes his dough pieces daily in an artisanal way with very high quality Italian flour. This essential ingredient and a recipe certified by the French School of Pizzaiolo (EFP) provide a unique taste to its pizza dough. It is thanks to a period of growth of four to five days that the pizza dough develops all its aromas, for an exceptional taste in order to obtain a soft and crispy pizza. The pizzas are topped with fresh products of controlled origin quality.
This Parisian establishment offers its pizza specialties ranging from the classic Margherita to the gourmet Tartuffo via the Calabrese with the spicy accents of Italian charcuterie or the Fromaggi which is distinguished by a slightly smoky note. For lovers of original recipes, this pizzeria regularly highlights limited edition compositions such as Pizza Poire Gorgonzola and Speck, Pizza Pancetta or Pizza Pomodori and Ricotta. As for antipasti, this family restaurant offers a wide choice of plates of grilled Italian vegetables and creamy Burrata.
“For aperitif lovers with friends, we also offer the Spritz and an aperitif board based on Italian charcuterie, focaccia, but also the famous creamy burrata, to be enjoyed throughout the summer season” adds Thierry Castex, owner of 38 PIZZA.
38 PIZZA is located a stone’s throw from the famous Maison La Roche house designed and built by Le Corbusier in the late 1920s. This gives visitors the opportunity to take a gourmet break, after visiting the monument of the modern architecture listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
