One of the most anticipated novelties of WhatsApp are reactions to messageswhich, as we recently informed you, are currently available only for a small number of android app beta users.
Initially, the messaging application owned by Meta announced that reactions would be limited to 6 emoticons, later we told you that this limit would be extended very soon and now, thanks to the specialized media WABetaInfo, we have just learned that WhatsApp will let you react to messages with any emoji.
WhatsApp expands its catalog of reactions to all emojis
WABetaInfo has discovered in the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android (with version number 188.8.131.52) that the messaging client works so that you can react to a message with any emojisomething that Will Cathcart, CEO of WhatsApp, had already advanced. on his Twitter account a few weeks ago.
As you can see in the tweet that we leave you below these lines, when this new version of the reactions reaches the testers of the beta version, they will be able to react with any emojiincluding the 107 new emoticons that have just arrived on WhatsApp, quite simply by pressing the button with the “+” sign on the right in the emoji bar.
