When pizza goes organic

Cooking, cinema and football

Richard Dubois has been a caterer for ten years. It offers a collective, simple and qualitative kitchen from fresh and mostly local and organic products. Its clientele is professional, they are companies, institutions. A positioning that earned him the selection last year by the film crew of the film “Champagne” by Nicolas Vannier with François-Xavier Demaison, Elsa Zylberstein, Stéphane de Groodt, or even Sylvie Testud.

The film crew wanted an eco-responsible kitchen… we had more cups, eliminated waste and made organic food!

Richard Dubois loves cinema, but he also loves football. For 5 years he has collaborated with about fifteen league 1 clubs, such as Stade de Reims and OGC Nice. Depending on the requests of the staff, he cooks for 40 to 50 people when the clubs travel to Reims, Troyes or the Parc des Princes.

My pizza likes organic

The health crisis helping, Richard Dubois found himself with a drop in activity. Taking advantage of this slow period, he imagined a new concept with which he would be sure to meet the demand of the moment, a pizzeria on sale to take away or to deliver. This is how, last January, My pizza loves organic was born in Tinqueux. It offers fifteen different recipes, tomato sauce or fresh cream, from the classic Margherita to the very popular mozzarella di bufala directly imported from Italy! 80% of the pizzas are organic, half of the flour comes from the Contal Farmer mill in the Ardennes.
